Develop and manage event budgets, procurement processes, and vendor contracts to optimize resources and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Support the Foundation’s game night initiatives, such as auction and 50/50 raffle operations, fan experience fulfillment, hosting Foundation grant partners.
Ensure all logistics and timelines are met with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors to secure resources and support for special events.
Recruit and lead volunteers, provide clear direction, coordinate staffing needs, and ensure top-notch customer service is provided to all fans.
Develop donor recognition initiatives and ensure retention of stakeholder relationships to encourage future gifts to the Blue Jackets Foundation.
