Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned Skill/Experience Requirements:

Operate and control soybean processing equipment/machines

Record data, secures samples and performs necessary process control tests required for the successful operation of the plant

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Operates power industrial equipment that may require being lifted in the air up to 40 feet.

Unloads and stacks material by using lifting device.

Replenishes shelves throughout the facility based on the number on the product, by scanning the tag to determine location.

Performs additional duties/tasks as assigned by supervision/management

Forklift Certification – either current or in prior work experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience operating material handling equipment

Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally

Strong attention to detail, reading, comprehension and good communication skills

Computer skills preferred, to include; basic input of information into ERP system on receiving and shipping process

Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management

Manage inventory levels and organization of storage areas

Experience in shipping and receiving

Previous supply chain, warehouse, and/or distribution center experience is preferred. Other Skills, Abilities, and/or Training:

Experience using an electric, stand up forklift (Crown or Yale).

Perform pre-trip inspection on Forklift

Operate Order Picker within Compliance and Safety Guidelines.

Pick from racks while being lifted to approximate height of 29 feet.

Food manufacturing experience preferred Education Requirements

Enters information and resolves discrepancies in computerized Warehouse Management system relating to raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods.

Assist with inventory management, product movements, scale operation

Organize, perform, and lead in assigned departments to ensure all required processes, procedures and production requirements are met.

Position will take on several roles based upon field production practices, plant processing requirements and distribution needs.
