Foreign Exchange Relationship Manager Jobs

Ensuring consistent, highest quality of service standards for each relationship, driving the development of appropriate metrics and management reporting

Effective pipeline management and coordination of sales efforts across regions

Knowledge of FX markets, trading and trade lifecycle with strong operational experience

Manage top tier custody FX client relationships with client contacts at all seniority levels

Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools.

Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner.

About the Team: ICG Production Management

Manages, maintains and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.

Partners with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.

Considers implications of the application of technology to the current environment. Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact.

Knowledge of exchange data use policies and experience with data provider audits preferred but not required;

General familiarity of the Asset Management business and/or technology background.

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience;

Strong analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and deliver high-quality work product;

Must be a self-starter, organized, diligent, proactive, extremely detail oriented and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously;

Ability to effectively communicate requirements and perspective/analysis to internal stakeholders and provide recommended solutions;

Basic relationship management and business development abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, sales skills, and credit and credit quality skills.

Analyze credit to determine the ability of customers and prospective customers to qualify for ensuing FX requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in business, or finance preferred.

1-3 years of relevant international banking, foreign exchange trading, sales and advisory services or other equivalent experience.

Knowledge of foreign exchange policies, procedures, practices, and documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
