Football Operations Coordinator Jobs in Ohio

Responsible for coordinating assigned football support operations including day-to-day operations, team travel, and programmatic structure

Works in conjunction with compliance office on items as needed

Assists in the execution of team travel

Plans and executes assigned logistics of pre-season training camp

Coordinates special events as assigned

Coordinate assigned areas of youth summer camps

Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Maintains a broad knowledge of state of art technology and systems as it relates to the Athletic industry.

Oversees and handles all video and technological needs for coaches as it relates to Athletic specific sports systems and equipment.

Prepares and executes a schedule of production to complete and regularly communicates progress.

Acquires films on upcoming opponents.

Produces and delivers all creative video content for weekly highlights using appropriate video editing platforms.

Manage recruiting database with data entry duties and prospective student athlete contact

Graphics skills are not required, but preference could be given to those with graphics experience

Assist ONU Football program with various recruiting/ operational duties:

Game Day Visit Operations and preparation

Plan to work approximately 10 hours a week in various recruiting/ operations duties

Follow department policies and procedures

Any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.

For supervisory work, demonstrated ability to lead subordinates, manage work priorities and projects, and manage employee relations.

United States of America Weightlifting Association (USAW) certification.

Experience training collegiate football & Olympic sports.

Responsible for maintaining all strength and conditioning equipment through normal maintenance and cleaning.*

Instructs and provides information concerning strength training which includes nutritional counseling, rehabilitation training, and individual strength programs for football.*
