Food Service Worker (70% Fte, Days)

Prepares and serves food items for patient meal service
Work in the tray assembly line and operate the ticket printer
Put menu on the tray, retrieve hot food from the cooks area
Assemble the tray using the proper plating guidelines accurately and attractively
Restock area and refrigerators with supplies for next day operation and use FIFO method.
Check and monitor cold food items temperature, par level stock, and expiration dates
