Monitor provider network access to gauge compliance with standards, implementing corrective actions to improve deficiencies.

Develop and execute strategies for the long term knowledge management priorities of the team

Experience in working with vendor management

Demonstrated experience with program management

Demonstrated experience in learning project management and running strategic projects with global, cross-functional teams

Experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS)

Experience with Xyleme Learning Content Management System (LCMS)

3 years of experience in an Administrative, Project Coordinator or Project Management role

- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Forms)

- Experience generating and pulling reports

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Experience using the Fuel50 software

- Learning and Development (L&D) experience

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, identify risks.

- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills

- Mentoring experience is a plus.

- Certifications in L&D/ PM is a bonus

- Ability to plan projects, attend and lead meetings and develop and implement trainings.
