Quality control and assurance, lab testing, quantitative chemistry experience required.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance management; regulatory affairs experience (FDA, DEA, etc.) desired.

Supports the development and deployment of the Kenco Operating System as it relates to the quality management system.

Develops and deploys quality assurance trainings, procedures and tools in collaboration with other departments to improve the quality management system.

Oversees the development and deployment of the auditing program as it relates to the quality management system.

Expert knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015

Managing Transitions/ Change Management - Effectively plans, manages and communicates changes in processes with appropriate stakeholders

Understands regulatory requirements and their application as suitably scoped to either support early phase or late phase/commercial release and stability efforts.

Experience in MDI/DPI analytical test methods preferred (i.e. Andersen Cascade Impactor and Emitted Dose Techniques) preferred.

Thorough knowledge of HPLC, GC, FTIR and various other analytical techniques required.

Experience with statistical data analysis, DOE, HPLC software systems, trending analysis preferred.

Relevant degree with knowledge of quality management modules.

Developed and implemented quality management systems at other organizations.

Develop the organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes, standards and specifications.

At least 10 years work experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry.

Conduct periodic operational checks within each functional department to ensure overall quality.

Manage timely generation of the periodic reports for cleanroom environment, utilities, and microbial isolates

Implement and maintain quality systems and assures their area of responsibilities comply to those system

Assure staff are appropriately trained to perform their work assignments and responsibilities

Experience in defining and creating procedures/policies/strategies for environmental monitoring for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities

Experience with rapid sterility method (ex. BacT Alert systems) is preferred

Experience with cell and gene therapy products preferred

Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience/combined education

Manage the internal audit program

Gain and maintain ISO 9001/AS9100 lead auditor certification.

Maintain records of Performance evaluation samples (PETs), audits, state certification programs
