Participating in vetting and selecting appropriate contract testing labs through the Xeris supplier management process

Manage/validate SLIMstat software and trend manufacturing/stability data

Experience in Quality Controls and analytical method validation operations

Experience in the use and application of statistical software. For example, SLIM, JMP, etc.

Managing Contract Approval Forms, Purchase Orders and updates when required

Supporting the coordination of testing of raw, intermediate and final product through the global supply chain

5+ years of quality management experience in food-grade storage/processing facilities.

Serve as the quality investigation lead for supplier and logistics-related case management.

Lead the development, implementation and oversight of facility-level quality requirements in support of the Supply Chain team.

Ability to apply technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems in real-time.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

FDA food safety training and experience, including PCQI, FSMA, and FSVP.

Serve in crisis management role for quality & food safety issues.

Facilitate, monitor and manage product controls, C.O.A., allergens, rework, rejected products, and customer complaints.

Provide leadership, training, support, and mentoring to plant-based quality personnel.

Define, lead, and facilitate internal and external operational audit evaluations in the quality and food safety areas of responsibility.

Facilitate food safety, quality, and general safety training of all factory employees.

Engage in direct relationships with customer, technical personnel along with other Newly Weds personnel to facilitate achievement of company business objectives.
