5 years of experience in restaurant/food and beverage service management with increasing responsibilities

6 months of experience in P&L management

Bachelor's Degree in hotel, restaurant, tourism, or event management (Preferred)

Manages planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the Food & Beverage program costs across the resort.

Maintains current knowledge on all state and local health and safety guidelines.

Interacts with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure their needs are properly met.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
