Experience in Music/Entertainment/Artist Management or related

Keep projects on track and lead communication with the Repertoire Owner, Artist/Management, and UMG Latin America OpCos.

Create reports with marketing strategy and weekly status reports on single/album performance to upper management.

Excellent written, presentation and communication skills in English and Spanish.

Experience/exposure in Latin America and/or Iberia markets

Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager to discuss sales leads and opportunities.

This position will report to the General Sales Manager.

Provide immediate response to any sales inquiry from customers or prospects.

Prepare detailed and descriptive written quotations.

Efficiently use computers, databases, and software programs to provide fast responses to customers.

Submit timely call reports and expense reports.

Develop and utilize territory management plan

Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms

Engage effectively with SFDC and opportunity management process.

Previous outside sales experience essential

Experience with CRM and other sales systems and tools

Experience in the automotive industry highly desirable

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management CRM) tools.

Lead follow-up, sales planning, and territory management.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Ability to influence middle management and external customers on technical as well as new business solutions.

Manage forecasting, monitoring, closing and post-sales support of all territory business.

Where possible, promote all Getinge product offerings, including all equipment lines, training programs, and service contracts.

The person we seek will already be living in South Florida - in Miami or surrounding area.
