Candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Floor Tech

Organization and Implementation skills are a must, ability to follow assigned cleaning schedules and periodical work.

Responsibilities Will Be (but Not Limited To) The Following

Managing and tracking of tasks performed, in addition reports need to be completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Operation of various vacuum cleaners

Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.

Clean hallways, stairways, and elevators.

Turn in all found articles to your supervisor.

Coordinate daily Floor Care services with nursing services when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.

Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manner.

Keep work assignment areas free of hazardous objects such as protruding mop/broom handles, unnecessary equipment, supplies, etc.
