Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor and management team

Floor maintenance experience required. ( preferred two years)

Basic Janitorial duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and kitchens

Floor care maintenance duties for small and large facilities such as carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, and spray buffs

Building and floors will be maintained so as to be in compliance with contract standards and present a clean sightly appearance

Operating floor care machinery and other basic janitorial equipment

Knowledge and experience operating various pieces of equipment such as high-speed buffers, extractors, wet vacs, pressure washers, and auto scrubbers.

Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally

A solid commitment to the guest experience

Willingness to take directions from the Facility Manager, Key Account Manager, or District Manager

High School diploma or equivalent education.

Minimum 1 ½ years’ experience in floor care.

Determines accurate equipment and supplies that is needed in performing job duties

Strip and wax, scrub and recoat floors

Buffing and maintaining hard floors

Keeps equipment clean and in good condition

Reports immediately to his/her assignment in accordance to the workflow

Remove any equipment vital prior to the start of your task
