FLL Maintenance is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as maintaining and repairing building structures and grounds. This includes inspecting, testing, and repairing all facility and equipment components, including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and building structures. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
