Strong organizational and time management skills

3+ years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation

Create and facilitate experiential learning activities

Assess participant learning and provide feedback

Stay current with instructional techniques and technologies

Build rapport with participants and create a positive learning environment

Pay Range: $84,525.00 - $143,750.00 This is based on the level of experience, skills and qualifications.

Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for qualification, or additional training.

If no ATP, must meet the requirements of:

14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.

Preferred: FAR Part 135, FAR Part 121, or military training experience;

Proven experience in training methodologies and presentation skills

Create and periodically refresh training and educational materials in various formats such as posters, bulletins, electronic, power-point presentations, etc.

Work closely with central office liaisons and property managers to distribute posters and other bulletins across each work location

Conducting in-person and remote training

Recommending tailored training to managers

Strong communication skills and ability to engage the audience
