Evaluates student progress each day and takes appropriate corrective action and/or makes referral

Reviews revisions to all manuals and publications to ensure the latest information is taught to students

Reviews various engineering publications to incorporate equipment modifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Administration, Education or related field required

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Minimum 2 years’ meeting or classroom training facilitation experience required

Assist with the preparation of training materials (printed materials, flipcharts, etc.) for classroom training and development programs.

Maintain a high level of timely, professional, and respectful communication with all business partners and customers.

AED / First Aid Preferred; must be completed upon hire

Service – Provide an amazing experience for your customers

Manage the operation and functions of the vertical wind tunnel

As needed, perform CSR responsibilities such as, check-in guests, confirm flyer reservations, answer incoming sales calls, stock merchandise, and process refunds.

Safety – Promote customer safety throughout their time in the wind tunnel and facility

Sales – Sell return visits and other exciting flight opportunities per company guideline

Meet and greet customers with world class customer service
