We are looking for an experienced instructor to join our team and help us improve the communication skills of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in front of audiences, excellent subject matter knowledge, and the ability to create experiential and activity-based learning. You should also be able to build rapport with participants, listen for understanding, and relate the content to the needs of the participants.

Responsibilities:

• Create and facilitate experiential learning activities
• Develop and deliver training programs on a variety of communication topics, including public speaking, presentation skills, customer service, leadership, sales/negotiation, and interpersonal communication
• Build rapport with participants and create a positive learning environment
• Assess participant learning and provide feedback
• Stay current with instructional techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• 3+ years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Commitment to lifelong learning
• Ability to work independently andas part of a team
• Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
