CFI, CFII, & MEI or equivalent experience as determined by L3Harris

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel

Experience in safety, analytics, and training

Assist in reviewing and analyzing incident and accident reports and track key performance indicators and goals

Provide relevant information for the quarterly Aviation Safety Action Program reports for the FAA

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to remain calm under high pressure situations

Arriving at the airport 90 minutes prior to departure

Ensure all information for passengers and flight are correct

Verify catering and all requested amenities have been delivered

Check cabin is well presented before passengers arrive to FBO

Ensure the crew are aware of the profile of the customer i.e. nervous flyer, covid conscious

High school diploma or GED plus eight (8) years of required experience will meet the education and experience requirements

Associate's degree in any field plus six (6) years of required experience will meet the education and experience requirements

Assisting management in developing and/or facilitating professional development training for staff.

Knowledge of Airport Certification Manual (ACM) components to include required appendices

Knowledge of training and records retention as required by FAR Part 139

Delivers exceptional experiences by coordinating all flight details from customer requests to third-party charter providers

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Previous experience in aviation is preferred

Ability to manage, make decisions, and problem solve with multiple competing variables and priorities

Procure supplemental lift from third-party charter providers when demand exceeds NetJets capacity

Maintains relationships between NetJets Operations and third-party private jet providers
