Overview Fleet Tech I is a position responsible for the maintenance and repair of a fleet of vehicles. This position requires a strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components, as well as the ability to diagnose and repair problems. The Fleet Tech I must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description The Fleet Tech I is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a fleet of vehicles. This includes inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle systems and components, such as brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. The Fleet Tech I must be able to identify and diagnose problems and determine the best course of action to resolve them.
