AI Prompt Engineer key responsibilities

Design, develop, and refine generative AI prompts for AP, SAT, and K-12 for a wide range of subjects.

Experience tutoring SAT, PSAT, and/or SSAT test prep strategies

Hosting live group and individual tutoring sessions, engaging students in the program via email/chat, and more.

Designing and implementing ways to improve student engagement and success.

Lecturing or hosting traditional "classes"

Success in this role will be measured by the percentage of students who score 1500+ on the SAT

A bachelor's degree in any subject from a Top 25 US college or university

Sharing the life skills gained through personal sports experiences to help cultivate ownership, confidence, and positive habits

Running our Life Skills Boot Camp with cohorts of students entering the program

1+ years of experience working with kids ages 11 - 17

Using adaptive technology to understand better where a student is at in their academics and how they can improve

Developing common interests by learning about what kids love

Fostering accountability through positive feedback and connection, not authority

You have experience as a camp counselor, athletic coach, or similar non-teaching role

Experience performing at an elite level (Division 1 sports, Presidential Scholar, etc.)

You’re a gifted, relatable motivator who can connect with kids on a peer level

You’re a role model who holds yourself to the same high standards you expect from your students

Bachelor's degree in any subject

High level of energy and a desire to boost others up

Understanding of the US education system and experience with the AP Exams

2+ years experience creating written content for online audiences as a writer, blogger, copywriter, content marketer, content writer, or similar

Strong writing skills with the ability to write a variety of content types (blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, webpages, etc.)

Creating and editing a wide range of content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and video scripts.

Managing the content creation process from start to finish, including ideation, writing, editing, design, and distribution.

Analyzing content performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Experience tutoring SAT, PSAT, and/or SSAT test prep strategies

Hosting live sessions, carrying out 1-to-1 Academic Tutoring sessions with students, engaging students on the program via email/chat, and more.

Continuously innovating to increase student engagement and success

Lecturing or hosting traditional "classes"
