Basic knowledge of using JF Floor and Microsoft NAV

Certification for and evidence of safe and effective operation of powered industrial truck (forklift)

3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Welding or weld supervisory experience preferred but not required

This is an entry level manufacturing/ general labor role.

Skills/Requirements - The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Manage users on domain, email, and phone systems

Manage user access to servers, folders, and files

Make recommendations for new hardware and software as related to on-site requirements

Accurate/timely data entry for GXP documents

Min. 1 year in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing experience in a regulated industry. Hazardous shipping training a plus.

Coordination of shipping, receiving, storage and processing of goods.

Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment.

Inspect and verify material, labels, literature and documents for completeness and accuracy

Transfer material to proper storage areas.

Associates must maintain an active forklift certification.

Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

6 months experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.

1-2 years experience working in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment

Current or prior MHE certification

Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Input data accurately into WMS.

Responsible for meeting output requirements as defined by team lead (or supervisor)

Ensures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended Requirements

Prepare documents for scanning by organizing and straightening pages, removing staples and other bindings, cutting, taping, and sifting through pages.

Follows work processes to ensure optimal output, quality, and downstream process integrity.

Keeps up on training and changes to how work is to be performed.

Experience in a high school welding program, or

Experience in a technical or trade school welding program.

Welding metal parts with gas welding equipment as specified by blueprints.

Positioning parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or floor, or clamps parts together along layout marks.

Examining welds for bead size and other specifications.

Experience working in a healthcare setting and working with the public

Stock supplies for cart and custodial area

Clean and disinfect restrooms/ refill restroom supplies

Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and damp mopping hard surface floors

Furniture moves and room setups

Use various types of custodial equipment in performance of duties

Any other reasonable request made by management.
