Fire Protection Program Analyst Jobs

Have experience with compliance management tools and in particular OneTrust.

Management of information based on initiatives within the GDPO.

To qualify, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Generate and manage data mapping, records of processing activities, DPIAs within the organization.

Experienced with Reviewing and Process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).

Manage process of responding to DSARs, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines.

Technical knowledge coupled with hands-on experience of supporting Microsoft M365.

3+ years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment.

Understanding of software security, network security, and information technology management technologies and principles

Understanding of digital rights management technologies and cloud governance solutions.

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills to independently resolve communication and systems issues

Experience managing and tracking vulnerability cases

Experience supporting network security investigations

Analyzing project maps, plans, and data sets and summarizing wildfire conditions for inclusion in reports and management plans.

Additional desired qualifications include excellent writing skills and GIS/CAD mapping skills.

Conducting field assessments to evaluate wildfire hazard conditions.

Analyzing field data, GIS data, and conducting project-related research.

Preparing or supporting preparation of fire protection plans, technical reports and development of fire hazard reduction recommendations.

Attending meetings to discuss the results of project-related assessments and analyses.

1 – 2 years’ experience in information security, digital forensics, intelligence, risk management, or similar field

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Criminal Justice (or other applicable degree, and/or commensurate, applicable experience)

Demonstrated organizational and scheduling skills

Self-motivated, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously

Consultative skills and strong judgment

Experience working with DLP, SIEM, email and/or web gateway

Program experience with, and working knowledge of, REVIT, AutoCAD, HydraCAD, HydraCALC, HydraLIST, HASS, and Microsoft 365 (Office).

2 or more years related experience in Fire Protection System design

NICET Level III or IV Certification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Interpret and apply applicable NFPA standards for Fire Protection System Layout

Prepare stock listing and fabrication requests

Dispatching or scheduling experience with Technicians, Project Managers, Foreman, etc

Maintain document retention strategy for retaining hard and electronic copies of service acknowledgements, work orders, and inspection report

This position requires a proficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office & Windows Skills.

Experience with AS400 / Trueline accounting system a plus

At least 1 year of administrative experience

Must possess strong organizational skills

Knowledge and experience resulting in demonstrated proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft applications.

May serve as a mentor and trainer to less experienced staff as needed.

Your major responsibilities will involve conducting comprehensive studies of:

Provides customer support for Verisk products through on-site visits as needed.

Maintains corporate standards of quality, timeliness, productivity and customer service.

Maintains CHM equipment and supplies in accordance with Verisk policies.

-NOTE: Pro Board certification will not meet the requirement for a NFPA Certified Fire Inspector 1 (CFI-1)

Department of Energy, NRC, or Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program experience is considered a bonus

1-5 years of applicable work experience and demonstrated skill with Revit and/or AutoCAD is required.

Must have all the following:

Minimum education requirements are HS Diploma with 2 years power plant experience;

Previous experience and knowledge of Fire Protection codes and regulations preferred
