Overview Financial Services Compliance Analysts are responsible for ensuring that financial services organizations comply with applicable laws and regulations. They review and analyze financial services policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description Financial Services Compliance Analysts are responsible for ensuring that financial services organizations comply with applicable laws and regulations. They review and analyze financial services policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They also provide guidance to management on compliance issues, and develop and implement compliance programs. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of financial services laws and regulations
• Ability to analyze financial data
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a financial services compliance role
• Professional certification in compliance or a related field (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of financial services laws and regulations
• Knowledge of risk management principles
• Knowledge of financial services products and services
• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in a financial services compliance role
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
• Experience in conducting risk assessments
