3+ years of experience in SAP Analyst role, with a focus on Financial Accounting and Controlling.

Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and FI/CO modules.

Experience with ABAP, IDOC, LSMW, BADI, and BAPI.

Knowledge of EWM, EDI, and CRM functionalities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Direct management of 2 positions (US Sr. Finance Manager purchasing and COMAN controller/Platform controller assistant)

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or another related field is preferred, undergraduate degree is required.

Productivity and performance animation: set the right level of ambition, achievement tracking and action plans management

10+ years of finance experience with specific experience in industrial finance and controlling is required.

Strong internal and external stakeholder’s relationship management and ability to communicate effectively with cross functional partners.

Experience in leadership of cross-functional teams and fostering teamwork with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams is preferred.

Foreign exchange management including assessment of risk exposure and hedging foreign currency risk

Minimum 15 years’ experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting functions of which 10+ years automotive industry

Develop and enforce the efficient use of SAP Finance & Accounting systems

Administration of banking arrangements and loan agreements and assist with financing requirements.

Establish and administer finance and accounting policies for HBPO North America

Proficient use of SAP applications in Finance & Controlling

Advanced SAP and P&L management and reporting skills

Implementation of financial requirements from the HQ into a local financial strategy

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field

Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience including commercial and financial team leadership ( min. of 4 direct reports)

Previous experience working within a big matrix organization and multicultural international environment

MS Office Suite ( including advanced Excel skills)

5 years management or financial accounting experience preferred, preferably in automotive industry

BS in Accounting, Finance or similar field, or equivalent work experience preferred

Main contact for Finance Departments Americas in regards to support of annual HGB and local GAAP audits

2 years of supervisory experience preferred

SAP experience, CO module specifically

Good oral and written communication skills

Team Development: Take responsibility for the assembly, management and development of the company Finance & Controlling team.

Strong leadership experience to lead a Finance team with responsibility for execution, accuracy and results.

Internal Control and Risk Management:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting or Finance is required. MBA strongly preferred.

10+ years of financial experience in manufacturing environment.

Experience working with ERP (SAP preferred) and other Financial Reporting Software.
