Financial Analyst Fulfillment Center Jobs in Ohio

Any previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience

Any previous experience with warehouse operational systems

INBOUND- Receive and transfer goods from suppliers into totes

OUTBOUND- Pick and pack customer orders in an ambient, chill, or freezer environment

DISPATCH- Assist in the loading or moving process of customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center

Inspect vehicle for defects before, during and after trips; submit reports indicating truck condition

Check refrigeration unit for malfunctions

Safely and efficiently deliver, load and unload merchandise at delivery locations

Maintain a commitment to providing customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated

Follow prescribed routing to meet scheduled delivery times.

Adhere to corporate and departmental engineered labor and safety standards

Manages business results through formalized management routines and coaching

Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.

Manages client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients and fostering client retention

Creates a world class client experience environment

Manages market-level initiative prescribed by market leaders

Manages organizational priorities and effective execution

Experience working with IT or IT Project Management teams to design, test, approve software program modifications

Good with time management to aid in prioritization of multiple projects and/or requests

Work with Financial Analyst, Fulfillment to make recommendations for site daily/weekly/monthly goals for consideration by Fulfillment Program Manager

Experience working in a lab or production environment

Experience training or coaching others utilizing standard operating procedures, best practices, etc.

Experience managing Continuous Improvement projects

One year management and operational experience in a Distribution Center setting

Level 7 - will not manage other management staff

Level 8 - position lead, management over maintenance staff

Bachelor degree or 2 + years’ equivalent combination of education and experience
