Financial Analyst – Asset Management Jobs in Florida

Responsible for managing asset management files, contracts, and records.

Bachelor’s degree (mathematical, science, business, economics, finance degree preferred).

0-2+ years of real estate or any type of financial analysis experience is preferred (internships included).

Must be highly skilled in excel and data analytics.

Documented knowledge of financial cash flow modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Support the Asset Management team, focused on portfolio account surveillance, risk management, monitoring, reporting and valuation

Analyze management financial statements, cash flow forecasts, asset collateral quality/coverage, deal structure, covenants, and legal documentation

Work with legal, financial, valuation and accounting advisors on account management, diligence and documentation

Strong quantitative and qualitative skills

Strong modeling skills and the ability to think flexibly, while analyzing a variety of situations; effective multi-tasker

Undergraduate degree from a top institution with a record of academic achievement – US GPA minimum requirement of 3.5

Minimum of 2 years of real estate asset management, property management, and/or transaction experience preferred.

Strategize with property management to establish budgets and direct asset performance

ASSET MANAGEMENT AND ACQUISTIONS ANALYST

Maintain financial results for individual assets

Oversee capital improvement projects - including bidding, hiring, and directing general contractors

Assist in identifying potential acquisitions and new land positions for development

Minimum of five years of real estate private equity and analysis/asset management experience.

Must have excellent management skills, ability to prioritize and turn-around internal and external requests with sensitive, tight deadlines.

Manage and direct the Asset Management Team.

Coordinate with the Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Investment Management teams to drive the execution of the investment strategy.

Advanced skills with excel is required.

Strong experience with financial modeling, including property-level financial statement analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and performance metrics.
