Finance And Human Resources Administrator Jobs

*Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.

*Oversee IT infrastructure and data management to support operational needs.

Main Responsibilities for each portion of the job will include

*Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

*Establish and maintain competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits programs.

*Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other reporting requirements.

- At least five years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and QuickBooks management.

- Provide expert advice and consultation on financial management for clients using QuickBooks.

- Perform ad-hoc duties when required by the management.

- Revise QuickBooks accounting functions such as setup, day-to-day data entry, and end-of-period financial reports.

- Analyze business requirements of clients and develop custom reporting templates and dashboards.

- Create and maintain a chart of accounts in line with business compliance requirements.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, related field or equivalent work experience and education combined.

Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Previous experience in a finance or operations role is helpful. (1-3 years is fine!)
