Film Processing Technician Jobs

Associates or other technical degree with equivalent experience

1-2 years previous experience preferred in a thin film commercial manufacturing processing environment

Prepare deposition chamber for coating runs: load deposition materials, prepare and load parts

Troubleshooting of coating processes and equipment, and collaboration with engineering support to improve

Routine coating chamber maintenance, including bead blasting

Proven project planning, project management, documentation, problem-solving, and work prioritization skills.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Strong math background or equivalent work.

Able to work in a demanding fast paced production environment involving multi-tasking, forward thinking, strong attention to detail and quality.

Able to work with acid, radioactive materials and other toxic chemicals.

Must be both team-oriented and self-motivated. Able to achieve results independently or working with others.

Have exceptional time management skills

Have 2+ years of hands on experience working as a technician in a technical field

Operating experience in a startup setting

Experience with thin film deposition equipment operation and troubleshooting

Have experience with chemistry operations

Strong interpersonal skills suitable for working in a team-based environment
