Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or equivalent
• CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols
• Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
• Knowledge of computer security principles and best practices
