Field Quality Engineer Jobs

Minimum 7 years of Field Project Management experience

Utilize knowledge of refrigeration controls applications to mitigate customer risk during installation and start up

A minimum of 7 years of Refrigeration/HVAC or related industry experience

Must have advanced industry product knowledge; hands-on understanding of complex refrigeration systems; and advanced knowledge of electrical controls and equipment

Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Knowledge of ISO 9001 based Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Experience in inventory management preferred.

Three to five years-experience in-process/final/raw materials inspection experience in a high-volume production environment.

Three to five years-experience in SPC, sampling/auditing/reading blueprints/dimensioning and tolerance.

Knowledge of ISO 13485 Medical Devices.

Excellent computer capabilities, including MS Office.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Tesla and outside

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or equivalent experience required. Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Mechatronic; Power Electronics, Electronic or equivalent relevant experience

Ability to use tools and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data

Minimum of two (2) years of quality auditing or management experience including regulatory compliance evaluations

Efficient time management skills to execute the audit and coordinate with all parties involved.

Excellent customer services skills to manage both the client and auditees’ expectations.

Fundamental understanding of Quality Management Systems and the principles of effective quality assurance programs.

Minimum two (2) years of relevant auditing experience.

IBTS will sponsor the cost of pre-approved certification training and exam for the above.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or equivalent experience required. Mechanical; Electrical, Mechatronic; Power Electronics, Electronic or equivalent relevant experience.

Ability to use tools and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
