3-5+ years professional experience in emergency management

1-2+ years’ experience in an emergency management liaison role or comparable

Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, public safety, or a related field

Experience and knowledge of working within the Incident Command Framework at state or federal levels

International Associate of Emergency Managers certification

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and from conception to completion

Stay current with relevant scientific literature, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Product, to ensure alignment and coordination of scientific and educational initiatives

Support the development and review of scientific materials, including educational resources, presentations, and publications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Our Medical Science Liaison's responsibilities includes:

Experience in the CNS/Psychiatry therapeutic area required.

Experience with thought leader engagement and working with academic centers of excellence.

Strong analytical, conceptual, administrative, and computer skills.

Leverage expertise to enhance and broaden knowledge among field medical team colleagues

3-5 years’ experience in field-based medical role with a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company

Expertise and experience in allergy, immunology, cardiology, cardiometabolic and/or rare disease therapeutic areas

Identify and forge professional peer-to-peer relationships with national, regional and local key opinion leaders

Align and execute field activities in support of Medical Affairs strategic plan

Identify and communicate research gaps, opportunities and relevant field intelligence to inform medical strategy

Manage administrative responsibilities (e.g., Veeva CRM, voicemail, e-mail, expense reports, compliance modules) in a timely manner

Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned therapeutic area and Novartis compounds to serve as a medical resource to field matrix colleagues

Proactively manage personal and professional development

Advanced Scientific degree or equivalent experience required. (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, or DNP strongly preferred)

Previous experience in the rheumatology or related area is strongly preferred.

Previous experience in a MSL Field Medical based position is also preferred.

Experience, Education And Specialized Knowledge And Skills

Understand and effectively communicate current scientific knowledge.

Establish oneself as a reliable, trusted resource of accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge requested and desired by healthcare providers.

Facilitate access to educational grant request process and alignment of incoming ISS's (Investigator-Sponsored Studies) with internal areas of scientific interest.

1+ years of relevant experience in womens health/psychiatry/neurology with relevant clinical, scientific, and/or industry medical affairs experience in womens health/psychiatry/neurology.

Significant experience and demonstrated track record of success in working independently, self-managing priorities and multi-tasking projects.

Pharmaceutical industry experience or medical liaison experience, with general medicine or infectious disease therapeutics a plus.

Above average computer literacy, including experience with software applications

Pharm. D, Ph. D, DNP, or MD (with a medical or clinical focus)

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Medical Science Liaison experience

Five years of demonstrated experience in Scientific/Medical Affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company

Flexible work models, including remote work arrangements, where possible

Educate and communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, key partners, advocacy, and access enablers

Respond to unsolicited inquiries consistent with the MSL compliance standards

Provide and/or present field observations and insights to internal team members

Vaccine clinical experience is required

3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred

Knowledge of customer segments and market dynamics

Collect, analyze and report insights from HCPs to inform and shape medical strategy at VBI Vaccines

Provide expert disease area and product training with internal stakeholders, as needed

NP, PA or Pharm D, PhD required

Experience in developing and maintaining expert knowledge in a therapeutic area

Knowledge of FDA compliance and regulatory requirements.

Prior pharmaceutical industry experience as a Medical Liaison or Clinical Trial Liaison preferred

Clinical training experience preferred in:

Excellent written, oral, communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Solid interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated relationship builder
