Field Maintenance Engineer Jobs

Previous Store Management/ retail experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge or experienced use with power tools

Entry level plumbing responsibilities (non-certified tasks) such as flush valve replacement, seat replacement, toilet replacement and general clogs

Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and support entry level repairs

High School Diploma or applicable experience

We are looking for candidates for some or all the following skills and experience:

Manages and maintains the FAA Part 139 inspection

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership, and team building skills

Experience in a wide variety of construction, maintenance, and repair work

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field based on a specific position(s)

Implement MAC’s Performance Management System with employees and ensure that managers do the same

Responsible for the daily oversight and implementation of the MSP Safety Management System (SMS) plan for his/her area of responsibility

Oversee implementation of staff training and development plans to ensure skills are maintained in alignment with evolving business needs

Builds Effective Teams - Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals

Three years of experience managing and supervising direct reports which include responsibility for hiring, coaching, rewarding, disciplining and terminating employees

Five years experience managing airport operations or airside/landside maintenance operations

Earn $500-1,500/week, depending on your skills and availability

Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge

Must have experience in the maintenance or repair trades

Work as Independent Contractor - part-time or full-time - on your own schedule

Professional Office Support - scheduling, customer support, job tracking

General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
