Field Inventory Control Specialist Jobs in Iowa

Ship and receive material daily.

Maintains all shipping and receipts logs.

Manages waste inventory, ensures compliance with storage time limits and volume requirements.

Develops site operating schedules by coordinating with the site Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Operation personnel.

Performs data entry in current database inventory control system for inventory monitoring.

Performs data entry for RWO/NRWOs process in Elite.

Apply and reinforce the skills learned through human performance training to prevent personal errors and errors by other team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be

1 year of related work experience

Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped

Mark materials with identifying information using the appropriate methods

Assist with the counting of physical inventory

Perform facility maintenance duties as needed, such as sweeping, dusting and mopping

2 years Salesforce experience required

Experience with ERP software preferred

3 years minimum Inventory experience

Experience in Medical Device/BioTech industries preferred

Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, including patents and customers

Working closely with patients, the Monitoring Center, and field Sales teams to facilitate the timely return/turn of monitoring devices
