What You Will Do:

The Field Inventory Coordinator will assist with processing transactions in order validation, order entry, resolving issues, and developing ad hoc reports. This role will support the execution of processes and operational activity to enhance service levels and supports revenue growth, operating margins and driving a culture of customer service excellence. Communicate directly with field operations, internal partners to pursue and resolve issues related to order requests above regular replenishment needs, backorders, allocation items. This role will also assist sales in set quotes and biologics cycle counting supporting our supply partners. This role is responsible for ensuring effective fulfillment of products above replenishment needs and drive a process which meets the needs of the business.

  • Administrative support within the department as directed.
  • Keep records of field operations interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory needs at Hubs.
  • Effectively communicate to stakeholders order status and drive oversight of order fulfillment process enabling high level of order service level. Determine root cause and corrective action in case of order problems.
  • Ensure appropriate and accurate input has been entered into ERP system such that proper documentation for inventory movement (pick lists & packing lists) is generated.
  • Prepare set sale promotional quotes for sales support in set sale deals.
  • Manage orders to keep Hubs at agreed upon par levels.
  • Prepare reviews of Backorder items, consolidating open orders, reducing buildup of backorders due to duplications of orders or product no longer needed.
  • Act as primary interface between Hub team members to support fulfillment of daily Inventory needs for surgery demand.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships.
  • Coordinate sequence and release of back orders according to stock availability.
  • Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if order request volume and/or workload require additional time.
  • This role will work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment that partners closely with other internal stakeholders to drive culture of customer excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Rely on sound judgment to make decisions.

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of customer service, data entry, account management, or relevant experience required
  • Supply chain experience a plus
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Starting pay $23.24/hr - This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
