Family Office Supervisor Jobs

2 years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree.

Effective, respectful, and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Xero, bill.com, Teamwork (or similar project management platforms)

Excellent prioritization of assignments and effective time management and ability to keep multiple tasks and projects organized and on time

Closely review all expenses, including personal, taxes, insurance, medical, education, and mortgage payments

Manage and review all bank account and credit card activity

7+ years of accounting experience

5+ years of leadership experience

8-12 years of public/private accounting experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Booking K-1s and preparation or review of work papers

Accounting and Excel savvy – Templates, VLOOKUP’s, Macro, migrating information

Book journey entries including transfer of assets and noncash distribution.

Oversee monthly reporting for the Principal
