Facilities Regional Operations Manager Jobs in Illinois

5+ years of quality management experience in food-grade storage/processing facilities.

Serve as the quality investigation lead for supplier and logistics-related case management.

Lead the development, implementation and oversight of facility-level quality requirements in support of the Supply Chain team.

Ability to apply technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems in real-time.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

FDA food safety training and experience, including PCQI, FSMA, and FSVP.

Experience with facilities management of multiple locations in indoor entertainment, retail, restaurant, or related industries.

Experience working with preventative maintenance systems (Computerized Maintenance Management System “CMMS”).

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Proactive in the development of processes and procedures for facilities management.

Manages capital projects, equipment replacement, minor retrofit and enhancement, and other initiatives.

Minimum of 5-7 years of facilities, repair, and maintenance experience.

Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skill.

Experience with management of business finances

Ability to work with management systems and variety of skilled/unskilled, professional, administrative, and industry personnel.

Experience with facilities management and IDIQ estimating

Collaboratively work with EGS senior leadership and staff managers on SG&A control and P&L management.

Oversee and manage Site-Base staff.
