Facilities Project Manager Senior Jobs in California

Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software and tools.

Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge facilities management principles, operations best practices, and relevant regulations.

Provide regular status updates and progress reports to senior management and appropriate stakeholders.

Work with department heads to gather requirements, design process improvements, and implement changes to optimize operations performance.

Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

The starting pay range for this position is:

Plans, organizes, directs and reports project management activities and progress to upper management

Reviews and monitors applications for payment, and performs fiscal management of project resources

Performs other Construction Management functions as assigned by the Project Director.

Manages, oversees and coordinates all facets of the construction phase of a school facility project including mobilization, construction, and closeout

Manages both the project budget and schedule to meet the District's qualitative standards

Performs day-to-day contract administration including assisting the Project Managers in bid analysis, pre-construction meetings and related award coordinating activities

Two Senior Positions Require 10 years+ experience in Oil/Gas/Energy

One Junior Position requires 2-5 years Gas Project experience

Must have a Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Chemical Engineering degree from an accredited college for all positions.

US Citizenship or Green card Required.
