15 years of industry experience in oil and gas

Manage interfaces across multiple support team. i.e. HSE-Carbon Solution, Customer & Products Innovation & Engineering, refineries-CHP & WHT.

Provide a high level of customer service in responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees, management and internal business partners.

Experience with various Finance Operations roles.

Manage internal/external payroll audits and compliance reporting including 401(k) and Workers Compensation.

Partner with Human Resources and other internal departments to obtain accurate payroll data for processing payment and benefits changes.

8+ years experience with full-cycle US payroll with public companies with >2500 employees.

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.

Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinates labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries

Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps

Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls, in partnership with General Manager

Writes an effective schedule that prioritizes the best business strategy, in partnership with the General Manager

Collaborates and implement General/Store Manager's vision and work cross-functionally with business partners, as directed, to support all-level organizational goals

Strong organizational/project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
