Knowledgeable and experienced in procurement management, including negotiations and development of SOWs, RFIs, and RFPs.

Project management experience with remote and/or extreme climate and extensive logistics chains.

Ten (10) years of Project Management experience involving multiple disciplines (Facilities/Construction and Operations).

Develop, maintain, and utilize a project risk register and practice risk management identification and mitigation activities at all project stages.

Manage day-to-day execution of project activities per contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance metrics are achieved.

Demonstrated utilization of risk management and tools in project execution.

Assist in the overall management of our vast network of partners’ cross docks across the country

Manage performance of cross-dock day-to-day operations

Assist in completing onsite and remote operational audits.

Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Design, plan, and manage infrastructure projects for our teams, including offices, laboratories and greenhouses

Manage contracts and budgets related to facility operations and maintenance.

Experience working with laboratory environments would be an advantage

Familiarity with local building regulations and compliance requirements.
