The Executive Administrative position would be responsible for independently performing day-to-day tasks in alignment with Management systems.
Making MIS for Expenses, Seat Occupancy, Seat Management, Budgeting, Provisioning, etc.
Office Management and maintenance activities
Ensuring that the location complies with all statutory requirements, building codes, etc.
5-10 years experience in Administrative Function of a medium-sized facility (> 300 associates) preferred.
Should possess excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

The Facilities and Construction Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities and Construction team. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, budgeting, and project management. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities and Construction team, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintaining and updating departmental records and files
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and other financial documents
• Assisting with the coordination of projects and activities
• Assisting with the coordination of vendors and contractors
• Assisting with the coordination of facility maintenance and repairs
• Assisting with the coordination of safety and security protocols
• Other duties as assigned
