Building Management System software experience a plus

Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects, and oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities

Manage maintenance program, overtime scheduling, equipment SOPs and Preventive Maintenance activities, creating action lists, allocating team support, and managing budgets

Develop and maintain metrics to track number of projects, budgets, schedule and performance for all responsibilities

Takes pride in his/her hands-on work, analytical ability, organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated history of utilizing strong organizational and communication skills when dealing with employees and senior leadership

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, relevant engineering field (mechanical, electrical, civil), construction management

Assist planning and implementation of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for facilities maintenance and biomed teams

At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related field

Strong organization skills with attention to detail

Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Experience working in developing countries

Track costs and manage hospital facilities reactive repairs of $425K annually.

Manage planned major maintenance, repair and minor capital improvement projects nationally (i.e. Millwork change-outs, rodent infestations, roof leaks, HVAC repairs, etc.).

Other job duties as assigned.

Three years of experience in Construction, Engineering, Facilities and High-Volume Customer Service are required.

Experience with leasing, facilities, construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, real estate, and/or maintenance is required.

Knowledge of construction terms and the ability to read and interpret construction blueprints are required.
