Facilitation Specialist Jobs

Bachelor’s Degree or experience in financial industry

3 - 6 years in the financial industry with experience in client facing roles

Client on-boarding or client services, sales/trading and/or trading floor experience a plus

Experience managing tasks and projects while tracking many moving parts, recognizing when to escalate potential issues

Experience working in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment

Inquisitive nature and ability to spot potential issues, using judgement to assure all issues and concerned are managed properly

Identify training needs and requirements

Collaborate with cross functional partners to identify and document business process as it pertains to training requirements

Proven experience facilitating trainings for both small and large groups

Experience working in a customer service role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely program milestones and objectives delivery

Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and at least one project management system (monday.com, Asana, etc.)

Research, order, and order manage gifts for coaches and facilitators

Manage and update various Monday.com boards to ensure timely and accurate information on all coaches and facilitators

>10% improvement between beginning and end of year in teacher equitable mindsets and CRSE content knowledge and practices

>10% improvement between beginning and end of year in teacher content knowledge, teacher practice, and student learning

Monitors training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the fields as appropriate.

• 2 or more years of training or learning development experience

• Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience.

• Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles

Facilitation training or certification from a recognized organization is required.

60% - Plan and provide expert facilitation services by collaborating with clients to assist them in reaching their desired outcomes.

15% - Assist with the development of training curriculum, materials, mentoring, and training facilitation.

10% - Assist with client needs assessments, contract development, and reporting.

5% - Support the daily operations of the Facilitation Center by assisting with purchasing, recordkeeping, revenue/expense tracking, etc.

5% - Networking and professional development.

Knowledge of the principles and theory of adult learning and experience

Knowledge of child welfare practice in Washington State and national issues and practice standards.
