Hsse Advisor - Fabrication

Support contractor SSE management (ensure SSE's are working with mentors, crews are appropriate compliment per company policy / contract, etc.)
Prior Deepwater construction experience is preferred
Monitoring Contractors (KOS, Gate, GIS, Ace, Stallion, etc.) and subcontractor's compliance with the HSSE Program
Be highly visible in the worksite regularly engaging and coaching new individuals (in-field coaching on fall protection, DROPs prevention, barricading, etc.)
Being proactive and monitoring the use of safety equipment, personnel protection equipment and practices in the construction and Commissioning work areas
Working with the KOS and Gate safety representatives to achieve continuous improvement in safety practices, training and procedures

Overview of Fabrication Fabrication is the process of creating metal structures, components, and products by cutting, bending, and assembling materials. Fabricators use a variety of tools and techniques to create products from raw materials, such as steel, aluminum, and other metals. Fabricators are responsible for ensuring that the products they create meet the specifications of their customers. Detailed Job Description of Fabrication Fabricators are responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and other specifications to determine the size and shape of the product to be created. They use a variety of tools and machines to cut, shape, and assemble the materials into the desired product. Fabricators must ensure that the products they create meet the customer’s specifications and are of the highest quality. They must also be able to troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the fabrication process. Fabrication Job Skills Required
