Experienced New Home Sales Jobs in Arizona

Show model homes and available inventory to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits of the home and community.

Manage the sales process from contract to closing, including negotiating purchase agreements and overseeing the home construction process.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Meet with prospective buyers to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget for a new home purchase.

Follow-up with prospects pipeline including CRM usage by following our standardized process

Build and maintain relationships with buyers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Take notes from management on alterations to the bid, revise, review, and continually improve the accuracy of information.

BS in Construction Management or a related degree is strongly preferred.

Attends job walks with homeowners, project managers, designers, etc.

Reviews bid requirements thoroughly and asks follow-up questions on every bid as needed.

Provides value-engineering ideas on every bid if applicable or offers multiple solutions or ideas.

Commit to achieving sales related business goals, attending meetings and providing necessary follow-up to ensure a seamless home buying experience

2 (+) years of onsite new home sales experience

Business minded sales professional that is knowledgeable and understands establishing and achieving sales goals and budgets

Excellent Communication (written and verbal) skills
