5+ years of experience in talent management or related fields

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position

Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff

Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects

Partner with individual members of Corporate & Executive Management to determine and address both group and individual management development requirements

Support multi functions as a facilitator to Executive, General Managers, and Managers with the implementation of development plans

Analyze existing managerial succession bench-strength and deliver strategic staffing analysis and action plans to increase diversity and mitigate succession risk

Perform analysis, make evaluations and recommend solutions to HR issues pertaining to professional, manager and executive-level development and presents actionable recommendations

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in managerial/ behavioral sciences

Have at least 12 years' experience in the field

Proven project and portfolio management skills. Experience in successfully delivering Public and Private Partnership / Managed Equipment Service projects operationally.

Experience with managing resources, conflict resolution, problem solving, understanding of budgets and other related project management techniques

Proven record in developing strong customer relationships, with excellent networking, facilitation and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner.

Experience anticipating challenges or roadblocks and successfully mitigating those risks while achieving desired outcomes for client and GEHC

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

5+ years of experience in talent development and program management, preferably in a tech organization.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Experience in cross-team project management and collaboration.

Program manage the annual engagement survey, analyze results, and create action plans to address areas for improvement.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different audiences and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Provide design, development, and consultation on targeted leadership development offerings and curriculum as requested/assigned by manager.

Provide direct support to manager or program lead, by performing management duties as needed, to multiply impact of the team/function.

Leverage various technologies to deliver highly effective, interactive learning experiences that promote improved business outcomes.

Consult with program designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure highly effective development solutions and experiences for executives and leaders.

Conduct performance consulting and needs assessments with senior leaders related to other learning needs as requested/assigned by manager.

Professional facilitation certification (i.e., CMF, CPF, CCF).
