Contribute to strategic planning and budget/finance projections for the company over multiple year periods.

7+ years of drug discovery and/or drug development experience with complex biologics spanning early and late-stage development.

Advanced Degree (M.D., Ph.D. or Pharm.D.) in health economics, data sciences, outcomes research, public health management or related field

Share insights and learnings from the countries’ value evidence needs and experiences back to the headquarters-based teams as portfolio/product strategies evolve.

Manage project-related budget for the CORE LATAM regional team.

Build, maintain and advance a collaborative, communicative, strategic and functionally skilled team in support of the above duties.

A minimum of 7 years biotech/pharmaceutical HEOR experience, including market access experience

Experience working with countries in LATAM

2+ years of experience with cloud-based AI/ML product development or management

Providing best-in-class AI/ML and data analysis environments to accelerate our predictive capabilities and attract top-tier talent

Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and functionalities for the platform based on user analysis, customer feedback, and business requirements.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

8+ years of professional experience

Experience with bioinformatics/genomics database, biological datasets, Pharma R&D is a plus.

Self-starting, customer-driven team player with strong organization and time-management skills.

Drive effective task coordination, through a highly collaborative approach and effective project and process management, communication, and reporting

Provide administrative support for the Executive Director including scheduling, project management, and management of external partnerships and internal procedures.

Manage the process of submitting publication one white paper per annuum to the Forum for co-branding.

Other responsibilities as team needed and/or as priorities shift or new needs arise.

Degree in relevant domain and/or relevant professional experience.

3-10 years of demonstrated executive management experience, including developing and leading large, complex and multidisciplinary research programs and organizations.

Implement management systems, operations, safety, compliance, and performance assessments across the entire Directorate, and serve on the Laboratory Leadership Team.

Focusing on enriching experiences for students and postdoctoral researchers

Ensure growth of world-leading quantum science research capabilities in the Quantum Science Center (QSC).

Identify staffing and other resource requirements and support recruiting initiatives in diversity, fellowships, and university relations.

Ph.D. in a technical related field and 15+ years of professional experience.
