Prior experience with events management

Track and manage event budgets in alignment with processes set by the Vice President of Professional Education Operations

Manage participant data regularly in Relay's Online learning management system to ensure accuracy of current and historical data

Relay does not currently differentiate starting salary offers based on years of experience,

Coordinate regular program and intersession-related communications to as many as 800+ participants for a program to achieve a strong participant experience

Manage the processing and tracking of vendor invoices for quarterly intersessions, facilitating prompt payments and alignment with the team's designated budget

Responsible for staff development in areas such as training, technical skills, safety, and performance management.

Must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills

Manage cross-functional team resources appropriately to ensure effective team performance and achieve goals.

Manage inventory levels at customer sites.

3+ years prior experience managing supervisory level staff and an hourly labor force

3+ years direct business operations experience

Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification is preferred.

Communicate priorities, initiatives, and performance to all employees including daily, weekly, and quarterly scheduled meetings.

Work closely with sales and dispatch to ensure plant operations, drivers, and trucks are adaquetly available to meet daily customer demand

Develop annual budget and ensure proper reporting of data necessary to track the performance of the operations against budget.

Performs other similar and related duties as required.

Ensure standard work and standard operating procedures are well defined and are being followed through process audits.
