Event Production Operator Jobs

Possesses excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Excellent computer aptitude including demonstrated working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with Social Media integration

Possesses strong analytical skills, demonstrated initiative and the ability to exercise sound decision-making skills

Coordinating the Team Catch up weekly agendas, maintaining minutes and recognizing and communicating action items

Works well with all levels of staff and various departments

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event production or as a project manager

Degree in event management or related field

Track and manage production schedule, monitor progress and proactively communicate status of all projects to Event Producer on an ongoing basis

Track and manage budget to ensure cost containment and profitability while delivering on client objectives

Onsite experience in event production

Organized, proactive problem solving, and attention to detail skills
