Lead and manage the events team to ensure flawless execution of proprietary conferences within the US
Evaluate the experience, feedback and results for each conference and implement changes accordingly
Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal processes and the onsite attendee experience
Minimum 7 years’ experience required in conference/event planning, preferably in the healthcare industry
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing or supervising a team of event professionals of 3 or more
