Evaluations Coordinator Jobs

EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED SKILLS:

1-2 years related experience and/or training in a university or customer service setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Experience or knowledge of navigating and using a student information system, preferred

Able to maintain highest level of confidentiality in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), required

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge in clinical operations, risk management, regulatory submissions and US and international guidelines preferred.

For all documents, coordinates and manages the review process, and leads discussions on document revision.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare products or medical devices.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an FDA or highly regulated industry required; preferably with medical devices.

Previous medical writing experience in a Healthcare Product or Medical Device industry required.

Experience with MEDDEV 2.7/1 Rev. 4 and EU Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 (MDR) compliant clinical evaluations preferred.

Administer five publication evaluations throughout the school year

Broadcast News Program and Newspaper/Newsmagazines - rolling deadlines October through February

Yearbook, Literary magazine - June

Regularly review and update evaluation scorebooks and rubrics to reflect best scholastic journalism practices.

Keep FSPA on the cutting edge of providing feedback to its members, including, as needed, the introduction of additional evaluation services.

Prepare all materials for presentation, including PowerPoint, certificates and plaques.
