ETF creation and redemption settlement arrangement, both in cash and in kind

ETF units settlement arrangement and relationship with AP’s

Experience with implementing ERP, or Inventory/Ordering systems at scale, including participating in design, testing and change management. (5+ years)

Experience working through ideation, problem solving and decisions with multiple groups and leader levels, in partnership with technology partners. (5+ years)

Experience working with master data and supply chain functions and processes.(3+ years)

Evaluate change impacts and opportunities to simplify store inventory and ordering tasks that will be enabled by system upgrades

Ensure the program progresses by identifying and resolving cross functional risks or decisions required to enable delivery of the program

Minimum of 4-6 years experience in program and people management

Collaborate with Training Managers on strategies, professional development, and training sessions to optimize coach knowledge.

Experience in education, in-school programming, and/or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade

Strong program and people management

Oversee the team of Regional Managers and Site Success Managers

Ensure Regional Managers and coaches are trained on how to implement Elevo's curriculum and how to manage large groups of students.

Exceptional decision-making skills and ability to communicate effectively with management

Working knowledge of mutual fund accounting or custody beneficial

Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate solutions to internal and external partners

Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar Degree preferred Mutual

ETF Operations, Fund Accounting or Custody experience preferred

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
